Self Service Banner Compatibility Notes
IE versions 8 & 9 - If error is experienced during login. Please clear browser cache by completing the following steps.
- Click Tools, and select Delete Browser History.(This step may vary depending on browser version for example in IE 8 the steps are Click Tools, select Internet Options, on the general tab under browsing history click Delete...)
- Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.
- Click Delete.
- Open a new browser session and retry SSB login.
IE version 11 - The new look and feel for Self Service Banner is not yet supported with this browser version. To access Self Service Banner Click Here.
Use of Bookmarks
Please do not create bookmarks (i.e. adding a web page to browser favorites) to site pages within the secure area. This is known to cause undesired results or system errors.
